And remember, returns are always free for Shopluxury Members. That even includes all the shoes in our collections. No questions are asked and there are no shipping costs for Shopluxury guests and members within the United States.

To enhance the worldwide shipping experience, we have multiple warehouses located in the United States, Asia, and Europe. If you ordered one or more items, please note that they may arrive separately if any of the items are not available at the main warehouse.  

Also, the packages pass through the office and customs control of the United States, which can affect the delivery time and update of your package.

Delivery time in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom can take between 8 and 16 business days, and Latin American or very remote countries can take between 24 and 35 business days.

The volume of mail fluctuates daily, therefore, delivery times are not guaranteed. All deliveries must be made before 5:00 p.m. Local time, Monday through Friday (unless there are unusual circumstances such as traffic, staff fluctuations, severe weather, natural disasters, etc).

• What does Origin Post is Preparing Shipment to mean?

It means the original country postal service has accepted the packet and the information has been electronically sent to the destination courier, such as USPS. The "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" will display until the packet passes into/through ISC/Customs and is scanned by USPS. So "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" can also happen after a package has reached a destination country.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Do your free shipping labels cover international returns?

Regrettably, our free shipping labels do not cover international returns. To use our free labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.
